Dr. Bill Emendorfer has had a passion for sports, health, and wellness throughout his career.  Dr. Emendorfer received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery, from the University of Tennessee Center for Health Science in 1977.He also holds a B.A. in Sociology and Zoology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Bill received a scholarship to the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 1969 to play football as an offensive guard and defensive tackle.  Among other accolades, Bill was alternate captain his senior year, first team All S.E.C. and recipient of several All-American honors.  He was also a member of The University of Tennessee’s wrestling team, where he consistently excelled in the S.E.C. and was a N.C.A.A. qualifier.  

Board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and a member of the American College of Physicians, Dr. Bradley Keel, has been practicing since 2012. He earned his medical degree from the College of Osteopathic Medicine at NSU Florida prior to completing his Internal Medicine residency from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine.

Linda brings a well-rounded background in holistic health, clinical support, and client-centered wellness strategies. With experience in both preventative wellness and ophthalmic care, she blends scientific insight with holistic practices to help clients achieve their health goals. Linda holds a B.A. from Georgia State University and is certified as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Holistic Nutritionist, and Nutrition Therapy Practitioner—offering a deeply personalized, integrative approach to wellness.

Patrick has been a part of the Norspring team since 2019 and brings nearly two decades of experience in management and marketing. Throughout his career, he has led advertising efforts for both major corporations and local businesses across the Chattanooga area. At Norspring, Patrick thrives on the daily interactions with members and clients, always focused on delivering exceptional service and innovative wellness experiences.

As Director of Operations and Marketing, Patrick plays a key role in shaping the Norspring brand and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. His passion lies in creating new opportunities for growth and developing impactful strategies that help Norspring continue to provide unique, rejuvenating services to the community.

With over a decade of experience in women’s health, Jess brings deep clinical expertise and a compassionate approach to her role as Lead Nurse at Norspring. In recent years, she has honed her skills as a nurse injector, specializing in cosmetic injections, IV hydration, IM shots, and advanced hair restoration treatments.

Certified in functional medicine, Jess is passionate about helping clients uncover and address the root causes of chronic health concerns. Her holistic approach seamlessly blends medical aesthetics with wellness, offering personalized care that enhances both how you look and how you feel. Whether you're seeking rejuvenation, restoration, or deeper wellness support, Jess is dedicated to guiding you on your path to feeling your absolute best—from the inside out.

Kim Edwards is the heartbeat of Norspring’s operations, bringing a wealth of experience, dedication, and heart to everything she does. As Administrative Director, Kim oversees payroll, invoicing, and clerical coordination—ensuring the business runs smoothly behind the scenes so that every client experience is seamless and exceptional.

With many years of customer service experience, Kim is known for her attentiveness, efficiency, and genuine care for others. She has been a valued member of the Norspring team for over four years and is also a licensed esthetician, offering a unique understanding of both the administrative and client-facing sides of the wellness industry.

Outside of work, Kim is a proud wife and devoted mother to two wonderful boys. Her commitment to excellence and her personal touch help make Norspring a welcoming, well-run, and truly client-focused environment.
